History

White Horse Business Park located just south of Trowbridge is one of the most important regional business parks south of the M4

The Park, originally created by West Wiltshire District council in 1986, comprises some 65 acres of mixed development set in a constantly maintained highly landscaped environment.  White Horse Business Park was planned as a composite whole with different parts of the park allocated for specific users for example office, industry and warehouses with the division recognising the needs of funding i.e.developer / speculative development, units for sale, land for sale to major users and in particular allocation of protected expansion sites for new and growing businesses. Present buildings comprise some 650,000 sq.ft. of development of which about 47% are purpose built free standing offices, the remainder being production and distribution.   Potential exists through development of vacant land to create some 150,000 sq.ft. of further development.

The present Freehold owner of the Park is B. P. Estates Limited whose Chairman, Tony Barker, has been involved in its development since 1986.
